stepping forward to meet him halfway, she doesn't hesitate to reach for his hand, lacing their fingers together like she's done it a million times before, like this isn't the first. turning one of those effortless smiles towards the security guard, she gently tugs dean past him with a soft, "have a nice night".
any excuse just gives him a reason to question things, but anything said with enough authority is easier to believe. >
See. [ spoken only once they've rounded the corner towards the stairs. ] He's not as tough as he looks. [ not for a girl who knows how to work him, anyway. ]

it's a contact he's not exactly used to, but he tries not to dwell on it. if he can't handle a girl holding his damn hand in hers, too soft and too warm, he didn't deserve to be there. just went to show how different it all was from the norm; the worn down motel rooms and half-assed goodbyes.
he doesn't let her hand go, though. not even once they're clear of the front lobby and any prying eyes, but he thinks to. thinks she might feel it in the tension of his digits. the words tossed this way hit him with a gentle burst of her perfume, a chuckle resonates the darker space with a cocked brow. )

the tightness of his hand doesn't go unnoticed, but she attributes it to the (admittedly minor) pressure of slipping past the guards without questioning. ]
I don't buy that this is your first time sneaking into a dorm.

a low noise; something thoughtful, eyes roaming the hall and every so often taking a gander behind them to ensure there wasn't someone out strolling the halls at such an hour, anyone with a little too nosy of sights. ) No? ( attention diverts back to her, the way white dresses compliments her figure, trying to stave off the impulsive thoughts of pressing her back against one of those walls, finding some empty room to tug her into. )
And why's that?
